THE PHOTOGRAPHER / VIDEOGRAPHER

1. Should nominated photographer / videographer / videographer not be available for any reason, the Photographer /

videographer will notify the Bride & Groom of the change as soon as it is known and provide another photographer /

videographer with equivalent skills or provide a refund, whichever is the client’s choice.

2. The Photographer / videographer shall carry out this assignment with due and professional care & diligence. The photographer

/ videographer also agrees to use the best and most stable media cards or tapes to ensure a minimum risk of corrupt files.

3. Elements beyond the Photographer / videographer’s control include equipment failure, hard drive failure, loss files in transit between the

Photographer / videographer and professional laboratories employed by the Photographer / videographer , loss or damage to

digital files during processing and developing either by the Photographer / videographer or professional laboratories employed

by the Photographer / videographer , industrial disputes, civil disturbances, break-in, theft or weather conditions which may inhibit or prevent

the Photographer / videographer completing in whole or in part this assignment. In this case the Photographer / videographer

shall not be liable for its complete performance of the assignment. It is agreed that the liability of the Photographer /

videographer shall be limited to be a refund of any money paid under this agreement which shall be in full & final satisfaction of

any damage or loss suffered.

4. The length of the DVD is dependent on the length of the function.

5. The photographer / videographer will supply the client with Hi-Res images on disc which they are free to use for any personal

use including copying, distributing, and printing. Any other usage including commercial, promotional and advertising use is

reserved by the photographer / videographer.

6. Deposit Amount to Confirm the booking is 1/3rd of the total invoice amount

7. Final amount is payable 2 weeks prior to the first event date.

8. Refund for cancellations is as follows: 120 day notice - full refund, 90 days notice - 1/2 the deposit amount, 45 days notice - Nill refund
